And wire drum speed can be adjusted from 1-12m/s. The slower wire drum running, the better cutting surface roughness can reach. It apply smart frequency conversion system. Wire speed 1-12 m/s, can be automatically adjusted according to processing requirement. It adopt a variety of cutting methods, realize multiple cutting of 1-3 times, and enhance accuracy and surface roughness. Configure with upper and lower dual wires tightening device, achieving consistence of constant tension for upper and lower wires. High rigidity structure of the lathe body is combined with high-grade linear guide and ball screw, imported from Taiwan, which ensures overall quality. Machine body auto parts painting standard, to ensure the stable adhesive for long working life.
