several hundreds of kilograms.
5. Heat treatment is available acc. to customers' requirement for
product hardness. We can do tempering, quenching, normalizing.
6. Finish: We can do Hot dip galvanizing, Electric zinc plating,
Epoxy Coating, Painting, Oiled, Powder coating and etc..
7. Quality control
1) We have advanced equipments of quality control. We can do
the following tests :
2) Mechanical property: Tensile Strength, Yield Strength,
Elongation.
We use Japanese advanced metallographic microscope to check
metallographic structure.
3) Chemical analysis: We have German advanced spectrometer
to test min. 7 kinds of main chemical compositions.
4) Test reports and test bars are archived for min. 2 years.
5) X-Ray detection is available acc. to customers’ request.
6) Professional engineers to inspect dimensions and issue
reports.
8. Product standard: We are able to produce and supply acc. to
EN, DIN, BS, JIS, ASTM, ANSI, AISI, SAE and etc. .
9. Capacity: up to 3,000 tons per year.
10. Design ability: We have our own technical team and mould
making workshop.
