These value seat cutting tools are easier than ordinary typecutters in assembly and handing for precision cutting work. Removethe value cap or flange and fit the suitable cutter to the spindle.Then, set the fixing bed using a tightening bolt for the cap orflange. Check that the cutter fits horizontally with the valve seatand is in the center position. At this point you set the adjustablescrew to find the best position of the cutter. After adjustment,begin the cutting operation by turning the handle clockwise. Incase of slant surface cutting, please refer to the followingdrawing.
