The three-way Catalytic Converter can eliminate 90% amount of thethree main pollutants (hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and nitrogenoxide). A complete catalyzing reaction depends on the preservingdegree of the mixed fuel on the small side of A/F (rate of air andfuel). And only the normal system of oxide sensor exert itsfunction, this A/F can be realized.

When theexhaust is passing through the exhaust pipe, CO , HC , and Nox---the three types of gas are passing through the clarifier of thereactor in the three-way Catalytic Converter , the activity of thegas would be enhanced, they would be under an oxidation anddeoxidization reaction. Under such a high temperature, the CO wouldbe oxidated into a gas without color and poison--CO2;the HC compound would be turned into H2O andCO2; and the Nox would be deoxidated into Nitrogen. Purificant
Our catalyst is coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd and Rh. When theexhaust is passing through the three-way catalyst, CO, HC and NO x, the activity of the gas is enhanced under high temperature. As aresult, the CO would be oxidized into CO 2 , the HC isturned into H 2 O and CO 2 , and the NO x isdeoxidized into nitrogen.

3).The best working temperature of Catalyzer is 400 -800 °C , itshould not exceed 1000 °C ; otherwhise it would accelerate theaging and shorten the life-span of the Catalyzer .
