rubber expansion joint

Brief introduction:

JGD-A flexible pipeline rubber expansion joint is also called shock absorber, pipeline shock absorber, damper, or soft connector etc. It is widely used for water supply and drain pipeline materials.

This product is used as soft joint for metal pipeline. It is composed with rubber globe and metal free flange. The rubber globe is compounded by inner rubber layer, cotton twill fabrics strengthen, outer rubber.

This product apply for foreign advanced technology. During its production process, the inner layer bears high pressure, so the cotton twill fabrics can combine with the rubber layer very perfectly. Comparing with the common rubber joints, JGD-A type quality is very well, it can bear much higher pressure.

 JGD-A type special feature:

·The inner rubber layer is one integrated mass, the surface is bright and clean, there is no split. The label use fluidization technology to combine with product.

Application:

This product is widely applied for water supply, water drain, water recycle, heating and ventilating air conditioning, fire-fighting, paper manufacturing, medicine manufacturing, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, water pumps, compressors, fans and other pipeline systems.

The common type is used for transmission of -15°C ~ 115°C in air, compressed air, water, sea water, oil, acid, alkali and so on. Special type used for transmission of -30°C ~ 250 °C and above the above-mentioned medium or oil, concentrated acid, alkali concentration, solid material.

Description:

1. This product can greatly reduce the piping system vibration and noise, and can fundamentally resolve the problem of pipeline interface displacement, axial stretching and non-concentricity.
2. By using different materials, the product can be made to cater for multi media and environment, such as to meet the requirement of acid, alkali, corrosion, oil or heat resistance etc.

3.  The material is polar rubber, sealing is very good. It is in light weight, very easy for installation and maintenance. This product has long life performance, but must be not contact with sharp metal instruments to avoid piercing the sphere.

4.  If used at overhead station, need to use flexible support, tight the bolt diagonally during installation.

5.  If the pipeline pressure is too high, need to use limit bolt to connect the both ends flange together.

6.  Flange connection comply with GB4216.3-4216.5 standard, if use other standard, need to notice again. Working pressure grade is 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa.
