Roller shell is one of our main products, which is used on pellet mill to produce animal feed, wood pellets, and other granules.we usually manufacture the roller shell as per customer's drawing.

O.D./I.D. x WIDTH,dimpling or corrugation of out surface.

Material: C50, (carbon steel), 20MnCr5, (alloy steel) 100Cr6, (bearing steel), etc.(German DIN standard)

Hardness: HRC 58-62.

We can supply roller shell based on the pellet machine types as follows:
