Pure teflon  packingteflon braided packing is braided of raw film twists of pure PTFE dispersion resins. This kind of packing is made of 100% pure PTFE, with no other addition so it is widely used in pumps and valves with highly cleaing request and strong corrosion, such as the industries of wine,juicy, food, medicine,paper plant, chemic products,ect.

Application conditions:
1) Max. working temperature: -40 ~ +260

C

2) Max. working pressure: 2Mpa (rotary pump)

Max. working pressure: 8Mpa(reciprocating pump)
Max. working pressure: 15Mpa(valve)
3) pH value: 0 - 14

4) Linear speed: 6m/s(rotary pump)

Linear speed: 1.5m/s(reciprocating pump)
Linear speed: 1.5m/s(valve)
5) Cross Section: ≥1/8” ~ ≤3”(3X3—75X75mm)
6) Density: 1.20 ~ 1.30g/cc
Warm tips:

High-temperature lubricant can be added as requested, then,the density of packing will be 1.90—2.05g/cm³

The packing core can be replaced as red rubber core as request.
