Printing screen is commonly made of polyester mesh or stainless steel wire mesh. Compared with the polyester mesh, the stainless steel woven wire cloth for printing has high tension and excellent resistance against corrosion from the chemicals, so it can supply a long service life.
The stainless steel printing screen is made of ultra-thin thickness and uniform aperture size, it can assure the accuracy of the printing and reduce the error rate.
The weaving method of the printing screen is mainly the plain weave, which supplies a square opening. The roll width is mainly 40", 48" and 60", the length of the printing screen is mainly 100'.
The printing screen is mainly used in the printing of silk, ceramic, glass and other printing industries.
