BVRJ-3000 comprises electric cabinet, vacuum system, motor, rack, tumbling barrel and input  door etc. The components of this type are the same as the mid-small types except the vacuum breathing system. It is completely made of high qualitystainless steel 304.

 

It can facilitate meat absorbing brine fully and dissolve protein by tumbling meat repeatedly in tilted drum under vacuum condition. It has set necessary functions for loading, working and discharge operations. The vacuum breathing system equipped in this machine can not only save the charging time but also add the capacity of tumbling barrels. 

 

Defferent low speed or high-speed tumbling can be set based on the raw meat materials and productivity.
