ACCUVEST PEX-al multilayers composite pipe consists of an overlapped or butt-weled aluminun core with a innner and outer layers or high temperature-resistant polyethylene. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for ACCUVEST PEX pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirement.
Overlapped welded PEX pipe is co-extruded with one step with perfect adhesive between inner layer and aluminum, high and stable pressure resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic.
Butt welded PEX pipe is moulding with several steps that is argon-arc welding style.
