High tensile steel fence is a type of metal fencing made from high strength or high-tensile steel wire popularly used to secure livestock for agricultural applications. Compared to standard steel fencing, high tensile steel fence offers significantly improved strength and durability, meaning it will last longer and require less maintenance over time. It is also much easier to install since it requires less tensioning during installation. High tensile fencing is usually constructed using either pre-fabricated panels or welded posts and rails.
The primary benefit of high tensile steel fencing is its strength and durability. High tensile steel is much stronger than traditional steel, often five to seven times more, and can withstand much higher forces before being torn down or damaged. This makes it an ideal choice for applications such as perimeter fencing barrier.
High tensile steel fence is commonly made of pre galvanized wire or hot dipped galvanized steel wire. It is commonly used as field fence, deer fence, cattle fence, horse fence or sheep fences.
