High Airtightness Rejected Cigarette Reclaimer with 200 / 250 kg/h

 

Application:


This product adopts shallow wetting technology and special cigarette ripping device. It can utmost reclaim cut-tobacco from the rejected cigarette with or without filter. The filament percentage, moisture content, color and luster of the cut-tobacco reclaimed by this product can keep unchanged.

 

Features:


1. Compact structure, high airtightness, high reclaiming efficiency, small floor occupancy, low energy consumption, convenient, reliable and safe operation, advanced control.
2. Adoption of helical knife for ripping.
3. Feeder driven by electric roller,whose speed is adjustable through frequency conversion.
4. Adoption of belt wetting system with bilateral water inlet for controlling moisture content of belt.
5. Vibratory sieving of cigarette paper apart from cut-tobacco.

 

Technical Specifications:


1. Rated capacity: 200kg/h for cigarette without filter and 250kg/h for cigarette with filter
2. Reclaiming efficiency of cut-tobacco: ≥95% (for cigarette with filter) or ≥93% (for cigarette without filter)
