Our exclusive forging process harnesses advance technology to produce net and near net gears for a wide variety of applications including heavy-duty, construction, automotive, recreational, marine, agriculture and off-highway. Gears produced under the Eaton system have superior quality, consistency and strength - 30% stronger and longer lasting than conventional machine-cut gears.

Our Kearney, NE facility has been producing world-class gears by consistently incorporating proprietary features into precision forging processes. Our streamlined manufacturing systems not only generate product, but also reduced labor and material costs.
