MAIN PROPERTIES: Flexible graphite roll (sheet) is made from flake graphite with high carbon content which has gone through chemical treatment, expanding under high temperature and then rolling. It has the characteristics of high or low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-irradiation, low creep relaxation, good elasticity & recovery, excellent self-lubricity & low friction coefficient.
USAGE: Basic material for making all kinds of composite graphite sheets, graphite tapes, packing & sealing gaskets. Being widely used as dynamic and static sealing for machine, pipe, pump and valve in the field of power, petroleum, chemical, instrument industry as well as machinery industry. It can serve as a good substitute for the traditional sealing material such as rubber, fluorated plastic and asbestos etc.
