Customized alloy steel casting

Adopting resin sand casting process, Qinghui Casting Inc. has been producing many kinds of alloy steel casting. The main material of alloy steel casting is the following: 20Cr, 20Mn5, alloy steel ASTM 4140, 4340, 8620, 8630 and 42CrMo, 35CrMoNi, 30CrMoNi, 20CrMo, 20CrMoNi. Also we can produce the alloy steel casting according to client’s requirements. We can produce the alloy steel castings from 0.10kg to 3000kg.
Alloy steel castings offers the casting parts with much better mechanical properties, in higher tensile strength, yielding strength etc.
