With urbanization giant leap,old city removal,municipal works relocation and earthquake eruption,about 300 million tons of construction waste is generated yearly in China.Construction waste,covering an area of about 2.5mu per million ton,mainly includes ferroconcrete,bricks and woods.If mishandled,it will not only bring damage to environment,but also to the resources.In China,the average longevity of existing building is only 25-30 year,and during the next 20 years, construction waste increasing is tending to be the pea time,which will directly aggravate the conflicts between population and lands in the process of urbanization.Therefore,we must solve the construction waste recycling problem for social sustainable development.
