Common Rail Tester (FM-5000S)

The repair tester for Common Rail Injector simulates the outputs ofan Engine Control Unit (ECU), by providing fuel injection controlsignals, of which the parameters may be set by a user, to drive thesolenoid & piezo of a common rail injector.

The CR injector is fed by a high pressure fuel source, which may bea mechanical manual pump or an electrical motor driven pump or apneumatic driven pressure booster. Such a test device will fulfillthe tasks of checking nozzle spray pattern, injector back leakageand solenoid & piezo condition.
