Description of belt conveyor:
Portable belt conveyor consists of frame, conveying belt, roller, tension device, transmission device, etc. portableis widely used for conveying materials in mine, metallurgy, building material, chemistry, and mineral processing industries. Portable belt conveyor is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small lump materials or bagged materials, such as coal, crushed stone, sand, concrete, fertilizer, grain, etc. The temperature of conveyed materials is less than 60°C. Length and installation of the machine can be designed upon users' requirements. Electricity roller or driving equipment with driving frame can be adopted to drive the belt conveyor.
The main structure of belt conveyor:
Portable belt conveyor is mainly composed of frame, belt, roller, tension device, gearing device. etc. The portable belt conveyor with the angle formed by the height difference of supporting legs, is made from qualified steel. There are rollers and carrier rollers on the frame for rotating and supporting the belt. There are two driving methods: decelarating speed motor driving and electric roller driving.
