FZ-1 Upper Body Unit

    Dual swiveling high pulleys for iso-lateral lat pulldowns, straight & side ab crunches.
    Fully enclosed 200 lb. weight stack.
    Iso-lateral or dependent mulit-press & mid-row exercise stations.
    Multi-angle Seat provides ideal seat angle for chest press, incline press, and decline press.
    Optional FZ-2 Cable Arms - User-defined free cable exercises via independent rotating functional arms with single touch adjustment and swiveling pulleys.

FZ-3 Lower Body Unit

    Fully enclosed 200 lb. weight stack.
    Leg Extension/Seated Curl features 6 starting point adjustments and patented FUP support that allows full muscle contraction.
    Optional FZ-4 Leg Press/Calf Raise - features a walk through design, centered 4 bar linkage, large footplate and grip handle.

FZ-5 Functional Trainer

    Dual position chin up station which features a wide and neutral grip.
    Height adjustable swivel pulleys give unlimited free cable exercises.
    On-board accessories include the long bar, short bar, tricep rope, and ankle strap.
