Adopting metallic model V wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the V wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
The whole line can be handled by only one operator that only replacing the pillow cases; as it is controlled by Siemens PLC control system with time flow weighing system.
If a 500g pillow filling, it will be handled for 10pcs per minute.
