Aluminum Prototype:

In order to meet Aluminum PROTOTYPE request in global market, EbyTon has introduced 12 sets new CNC machines ,The new machines are five times efficiency than the old one with tight tolerance. Meanwhile, EbyTon introduced 3 sets lathe, 8 sets milling machines, 3 vaccum casting macines and 1 sets uv machine, which supported Aluminum PROTOTYPE machining greatly. We can machining different class Aluminum material in single block or welding .

EbyTon make prototypes in high efficiency with the Max dimension up to 1800mm*1100mm*600mm. We have great advantages in cost, lead-time and service with strong production capability, senior team and professional salesman. CNC can machine a range of single block material, both nonmetal and metal.

Aluminum materials: AL6061 (made in China), AL6061-T6 (made in USA), AL6082, AL5080, AL5083, AL2014 and etc..

c/ surface treatment :

Most of the aluminum alloy surface treatment is sand blast; anodizing, elecelectroplating, chrome plating, but many customers’ product usually doesn’t do any surface treatment for aluminum.
