One year warranty:We will replace a new one for free if there is any parts (except print head and ink pump ) questions on normal use within one year. Beyond one year, only charge at cost. Haiwn offers excellent service and support. With a Haiwn printer you will receive teaching DVD, Manual,around-the-clock technical support on line.
Return/Refund:We can accept returning machines if you don't like them. we will only refund machine part payment, the return fees shall be borne by the buyer. (You need to be in charge of the shipping back and all the fees occurred.)Please make sure the completeness of returned machine (machine should be as same as we send it to you) and do not affect our secondary sales. The refund (machine part payment) will be return to the buyers within 7 days from we received the returned machine.
