Play-Out List Arrangement Subsystem: Play out list arrangement subsystem is to select the program list to create the program database. It can also add the date information to create the program list in XML format.5. Play-Out List Censorship Subsystem: Play out list censorship subsystem reads the broadcasting log and then censors the time, content of the program to decide if it passes the checkup. Then it marks it in the database. The review on checkup can be input too.6. Uploading Schedule Subsystem: Uploading schedule reads the needed file from the database and uploads it to the online storage and refreshes the program status of the broadcasting
