Setting up the variator and the clutch are of prior
importance for optimal gear changing characteristics and
a fast engine. In order to match the variator to the V-belt
width and so obtain excellent acceleration you will need
these washers. They will be placed between the drive
face and the bushing this way allowing for adjustment of
the distance between variator and drive face. If you want
to get the most out of your scooter you won't get around
setting up your vario; mainly relying on the concept of
trial and error - but the result is really worth the effort!
The set consists of 32 washers between 0.4mm and
0.8mm.
Attention: For crankshafts with 13mm shaft. They are
used in engines such as Minarelli, Peugeot and Honda.
