The purging plugs for refining ladles together with the sleeve, welll block, joint filler mix, etc. producted by LIRR are paterns products. The plugs with various structures such as through type, directional narrow slit, labyrinth type narrow slit, cast inside & split outside, etc., and the products of low silicon corundum bricks, chrome corundum bricks, corundum spinel brick, SiAlON bonded corundum bricks are designed. The purging plug is characterized with long service life, high blowing rate and high reliability with the technology advanced in the world. It was awarded as "Henan Provincial High-tech Products". Currently, the annual capacity of the purging plugs of LIRR is 30000 sets.
