Electroplated diamond toolsDiamond or CBN particles are fixed onto the body of the tool through electroplating. It provides greater particle density and provides even wear, which gives improved initial cutting capabilities and provides easier full shape fabrication. In addition to grinding and cutting, wear resistant parts are used as it resists sliding. It is less expensive to produce, which makes it easier to produce small quantities of many different models.
