Further to the recent enforcement of the new ECE/UNO R67- 01 norms, COPTECH doo has developed high pressure copper pipes for LPG (auto gas) vehicles able to successfully get through the very stringent tests it contemplates.

In our offer we have copper tubes with black PVC cover with outside diameters Ø 6 and 8 mm with wall thickness 0.8, 0.9 and 1.0 mm.

 

Tubes have "LPG 67r01" mark printed on it PVC cover.


Copper tubes are produced in Serbia according to Quality ManagementSystem ISO 9001:2000 and with mechanical properties according to EN1057:2006 standard. EN 1057 is the European reference standard atcontinental level for the manufacture of copper gas and water tubes inwater and heating applications. Copper tubes have minimally 99.90% ofcopper.

PVC coating reduce heat loss, prevents burns in users, protects copper tubes from aggressive environments and prolongs its service life. Plastic insulation layer is elastic and enables bending and all other working operations during installation.

Material used to coat copper tubes is polyvinylchloride (PVC) of the following characteristics:

  • Density: 1400 - 1500 kg/m³
  • Elongation: 207 %
  • Breaking strength: 14 N/mm 2
  • Maximum working temperature: +95°C
  • Minimum bending temperature: -10°C
