Cold-rolled hard coils

The company imported from SMS-DEMAG of Germany the whole set of a CVC-6 high reversing mill with an annual output of 500,000 metric tons of cold-rolled sheets with thickness range of 0.20-2.00 mm and width range of 800-1350 mm. Being pickled by PPL pickling line, hot-rolled strips are rolled by a two-stand 6-high reversing mill equipped with CVC technology. The line adopts the most advanced control technology including the most perfect thickness control system which consists of three thickness gauges, together with automatic close-loop flatness control, ensuring the thickness precision and flatness level of strips. Cold-rolled hard coils are intended for hot-dip (or electrically) galvanized base plates for coated architectural purpose and base plates of commercial cold strips, etc.
