2. Description:
Model SXDX2020 CNC face milling machine is composed of milling head, CNC system, machine body, sliding table, stand column, elevating table, horizontal feed mechanism, elevating mechanism, electrical control system etc.
Hydraulic working table is composed of two working tables, two positioning seat, two pressing seat, and one hydraulic station.
The machine body is of welding structure, annealing treatment. It has the characteristic of high intensity, small deformation. The machine body rail, one is linear guide rail which has big capacity, and ball screw which has high precision. The slipway is casting steel structure which has good wear resistance. The slipway rail and machine body rail has good cooperation precision after grinding.
The elevating table is the connection of the stand column and milling head, its up part is of worm wheel and worm angle turning system, which can make the milling head turning some degrees.
The milling head is TX32 standard structure, its main shaft rotation speed is 80-400rpm, and cutter diameter is Ø200mm.
